Holmes charged with 142 felony counts in Aurora theater massacre case
In addition to the first-degree murder charges, Holmes was charged with 116 counts of attempted first-degree murder, and 1 count of felony possession of an explosive device. He was also charged with two violent-crime sentencing enhancers, creating an extensive potential prison sentence

Report: Suspect described killings in package
The University of Colorado Denver said Wednesday that the U.S. Postal Service delivered the package Monday, and it was immediately investigated and turned over to authorities within hours.
