AURORA | The discussion since the advent of the controversial “waterfall” alignment for Class 5A football two seasons ago bore fruit Thursday at the Colorado High School Activities’ football committee meeting. The experiment that reclassified teams with little to no history with each other into divisions — which created logistical challenges, hurt attendance and sacrificed district and neighborhood rivalries — came to an end and a return to a more traditional set up is now favored by the football committee.

Prosecutors said McCraw, who made his first court appearance this week, met underage boys online and engaged in sexually-explicit conversations with the boys over the course of months, asking them to send him sexually explicit images online. He later met the boys in person and engaged in sex acts with them, which he filmed, prosecutors said

“Here is yet another previously convicted felon (for stabbing another man) who was able to obtain, use, and dispose of a firearm in violation of our laws. This one happened to be a coward, who shot an innocent man in the back and then gutlessly ran away from his crime and had his girlfriend dispose of his murderous weapon,” District Attorney George Brauchler said in a statement. “Corey Clemons deserves to be alive. Henderson deserves to be in prison for decades.”
