The Reach Your Peak Expo’s ‘Learning to Love the Body You’ve Got’ seminar will put a spotlight on creating health body images in teen girls. This seminar, facilitated by Mindy Solomon, PhD, Children’s Hospital of Colorado, will be an interactive opportunity for teens to explore what body image is, where it comes from and what influences it, and how to work on improving it
